By accessing and using youngzack.com ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Beat Licenses

We offer three types of licenses for our beats:

License Terms:

• Basic & Premium Leases: Non-exclusive rights. The beat may be licensed to other artists.
• Exclusive Rights: You own 100% of the beat. It will be removed from the store and cannot be sold to anyone else.
• Producer Credit: You must credit "Prod. by Young Zack" in all releases.
• No Resale: You cannot resell, redistribute, or sublicense the beat.

3. Free Beats

• Free beats are for non-commercial use only
• You must provide your email to download
• Producer credit "Prod. by Young Zack" is required
• For commercial use, you must purchase a license

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments:

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal
• Prices are in USD
• You will receive your download link immediately after payment

Refund Policy:

• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded
• If you experience technical issues with your download, contact us at youngzackbeats@gmail.com
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion for valid technical issues

5. Custom Beat Requests

• Custom beat requests are quotes, not guaranteed orders
• We will respond within 24-48 hours with pricing and timeline
• Payment is required before production begins
• Custom beats typically take 3-7 days to complete
• You will receive up to 2 rounds of revisions

6. Intellectual Property

• All beats are original productions by Young Zack
• We retain copyright ownership unless Exclusive Rights are purchased
• You may not claim to be the producer of the beat
• Unauthorized distribution or resale is prohibited

7. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our beats for:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
• Illegal activities
• Political campaigns (without written permission)
• Resale or redistribution as instrumentals
• AI training or machine learning datasets

8. Limitation of Liability

Young Zack Beats is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Copyright claims arising from your use of the beat
• Technical issues with downloads or playback

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the beat.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Terminate licenses for violation of these terms
• Remove beats from the store at any time

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
